We are thrilled to have Michael Buck Mukti back. I just returned from his seven day teacher training intensive, and as two Pensacola students who attended said, If Michael would extend the training to ten more dayswed stay. Michael manages to keep the work fresh.
Thai Yoga Body Work is an ancient folk art with healing benefits. Thai bodywork also induces deep states of relaxation and letting go. I have two clients who were wracked with pain before the work. One woman use to have regular surgery to severe the nerves in her neck. Another man would wake up at night with excruciating muscle pain now that he receives regular Thai sessions he is getting some release/relief. Both of these people had received regular massage and did not receive the same result. You can take the course for no other reason than to receive two days worth of Thai work and transformation. Whether you just want to offer metta loving kindness to friends and family, or if you are a yoga student/teacher or massage therapist the work will benefit you.
Relax, restore and renew. Have yoga done to you. Join us July 14 & 15 for an unforgettable workshop. We also practice tratak meditation in every workshop. Visit www.vedicconservatory.com for more information about Michael Buck and his amazing work.

Our tranquil studio will be illuminated w/ 108 candles, creating a space where the vibration and the power of our collective consciousness will be gathered together and sent out into the world to advance world peace. Come for part of the practice or all.this is a wonderful opportunity to meditate in a group environment for a worthwhile purpose. Bring a meditation cushion if you have one or we will have blankets scattered about to sit upon there will also be chairs and plenty of wall space available to lean against the door to the Satya Room will remain open for people to come and go if you need to step outside to take a break Bring your mala beads or we will have some to use and for purchase along with prayer flags.
